Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Please note that shipping costs and timeframes are subject to change and delivery times are subject to Australia Post and Prinftul timeframes.

Local delivery
Local delivery is currently available for nearby suburbs in Western Australia at a cost of $2. Delivery will be arranged via SMS and will be made within two (2) business days. If you are subsequently not home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left in a secure place (if available or if advised in your order). We do not accept responsibility, or a refund request, if the parcel goes missing after being left on your premises.

Weight-based shipping
Shipping is based on weight and delivery type. If shipping does not come up as option for you at checkout, your parcel weighs more than we currently process via the store and you must get in contact with us at hello@maxandmini.com.au to arrange shipping.

Please note if a ‘no tracking’ shipping option is selected, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund should the item not be received. This option is selected knowing that both you and Max & Mini are unable to track it.

Merchandise shipping
All merchandise is processed, created, and shipped via Printful from various Printful locations worldwide. 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Please note that shipping costs and timeframes are subject to change and delivery times are subject to Australia Post and Prinftul timeframes.

Tracking is not available for international orders. Best efforts have been taken to keep shipping costs low but this does mean you forfeit a tracking number. Please contact us at hello@maxandmini.com.au if you would prefer to pay extra for tracking.

Merchandise is currently not available for international customers.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@maxandmini.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
